Ushbu maqolada qaytarilgan mahsulotlarni tahlil qilish uchun ishlab chiqilgan desktop ilovasi va uning natijalari yoritilgan. Dastur yordamida qaytarilish sabablari, mahsulot kategoriyalari bo‘yicha qaytarilish ulushi, va umumiy zarar miqdori matematik modellash yordamida aniqlangan.
