ЭКСПЕРИМЕНТАЛЬНОЕ ОПРЕДЕЛЕНИЕ ЭЛЕКТРОФИЗИЧЕСКИХ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИК СВЕТОДИОДА

Аннотация

Ushbu o'lchov natijalari LEDning oqim kuchlanish xususiyatlarini o'rganishda muhim ahamiyatga ega. Haddan tashqari kuchlanishdagi oqimning keskin oshishi LED ishini optimallashtirishga yordam beradi va uning samarali ishlashini ta'minlash uchun zarur kuchlanish oralig'ini aniqlaydi. Ushbu o'lchovlar LED texnologiyalarining energiya samaradorligi va xizmat muddatini oshirish uchun muhim asos bo'ladi. Bundan tashqari, quvvat kuchlanishi LEDning ish nuqtasini, uning maksimal oqim va kuchlanishda qanday ishlashini aniqlashda muhim rol o'ynaydi. Ushbu ma'lumot LED texnologiyasini optimallashtirish, energiya samaradorligini oshirish va maksimal ish sharoitlarini aniqlash uchun foydalidir. Bundan tashqari, uning ishlashi va energiya sarfini yaxshilash uchun LEDning quvvat xususiyatlarini tahlil qilish samarali yoritish tizimlarini yaratishga yordam beradi.
