The article examines learning as a process of mastering a field of knowledge, studies the interaction of students with training courses and the influence of the student’s actions on the state of mastering the knowledge space in order to determine the function of managing the learning process and modeling algorithms for constructing a knowledge space. Key aspects of the interaction process and variables that can be changed to customize the learning model are presented.
