Review Policy
All manuscripts received by the editorial office of the journal undergo mandatory one-sided blind reviewing (the authors of the manuscript do not receive information about the reviewers, the reviewer knows the name of the author). Reviewing is carried out in accordance with the Ethical Principles in the activities of the reviewer, as well as the Procedure for Reviewing and the Regulations on Reviewing adopted in the journal. Reviewing of articles is carried out by internal and external experts: members of the editorial board, as well as invited reviewers - leading experts in the relevant field of science from Russia and foreign countries.
Citation Policy

The journal's editors support the Joint Declaration of Principles for Citing Data of Data Citation Principles ) , thereby emphasizing both the importance of maximum accessibility and openness of data for the development of universal scientific knowledge, and respect for the rights of a specific author as recognition of his merits.
In accordance with COPE guidelines, the journal's editors expect that portions of text taken directly from the publications of other researchers will be enclosed in quotation marks and include full credit for the source cited. Formulas, tables, illustrations and other non-textual material also require references to the source. The editors expect that primary sources will be indicated not only when directly quoting, but also in the case of retelling (paraphrase) and summarizing . These types of integration of other research into your work also require attribution to the original source.
The editors advise authors to avoid excessive and unjustified citation of their own publications, as well as citation of publications of colleagues, employees of affiliated institutions and other articles with the authors of which you have a personal or other relationship that may affect the objective choice of the source of citation.
We do not encourage unjustified citations from secondary sources (except in cases where the primary source is unavailable), or mutual citations.
Anti-plagiarism policy
Editorial staff of the magazine " Al- Farg'oniy" avlodlari " carries out an internal examination of the manuscript, which includes a multi-stage check for borrowings, including using the Anti-Plagiarism system. If incorrect borrowings are identified, as well as with a low coefficient of originality of the text, the manuscript is rejected from publication. Review articles that require a larger number of citations are reviewed by the editors on an individual basis.
We draw the attention of authors that the editors may decide to re-check published materials in order to detect unlawful borrowings that could not be detected at the publication stage, as well as to identify duplicate publications of the author in other publications. Additional verification of the manuscript at all stages of the editorial and publishing cycle, including after its publication, is also carried out in the event of requests from reviewers, readers or other persons who have reported facts of illegal borrowing.
The editors consider the facts of plagiarism to be plagiarism of text, data, images, as well as ideas, including:
- use of text (direct quotation, paraphrase, summary ) without indicating the source;
- use of illustrations, graphs, diagrams and other forms of graphical presentation of information without indicating the source.
The editors of the magazine also strongly discourage the use of any technical techniques that artificially increase the uniqueness of the text. Articles in which signs of the specified technical modifications are found will not be published in the journal, including in the case of revision.
To avoid plagiarism, all data developed by other authors, when used in the manuscript, must be presented with appropriate references. Editorial staff of the magazine " Al- Farg'oniy" avlodlari " recommends that authors follow generally accepted recommendations for working with data from other authors, as well as the Citation Policy adopted by the journal.
If illegal borrowings or duplicate publications are detected, the editors act in accordance with the COPE rules. A published article may be retracted ( retracted ) in accordance with the rules for retraction of articles adopted in the journal.
Article retraction policy
After publication, the article can be withdrawn ( retracted ) in accordance with the rules adopted in the journal “Al- Farg'oniy” avlodlari ":
- in case of detection of incorrect borrowings; - in case of detection of technical modifications that artificially increase the uniqueness of the text; - in case of publication of an article in another publication; - in case of the fact of presentation of identical data in several publications of the author; - in case of detection in article of significant errors; - in case of detection of falsifications or fabrication of data in the work; - in case of identification of an incorrect composition of authors or the fact of inconsistent use of the article by one of the co-authors; - in case of concealment of a conflict of interest; - in case of other violations of ethical standards of scientific publications. The editors draw attention to The authors note that each case of detection of these violations is considered individually, and may be a fact of an honest mistake, and not a deliberate violation of the rules. Retraction of an article is carried out when it is impossible to use other mechanisms for correcting published information (amending an article, publishing doubts about an article). Retraction of an article is carried out in accordance with the rules of COPE and the Council on the Ethics of Scientific Publications of ANRI.
COPE cases are posted on the website: https://publicationethics.org/guidance/Case We draw the attention of authors that information about the retraction of an article is transmitted to the Council on the Ethics of Scientific Publications and indexing scientific databases. In case of double publication, the retraction procedure is agreed upon with all publications that published the material.
After retraction, the article is not removed from the electronic version of the journal. The editors place a statement about the retraction of the article on the contents page of the issue, and also create a register of retracted articles in the “Journal Policy” section.
Confirmation of a conscious violation of the rules by the author of a retracted article may serve as a reason for refusing to publish other works of this author in the future.
Preprint and Postprint Policy
Posting preprints
The editors of the journal accept preprints for consideration, i.e. manuscripts posted on the author’s personal pages or on specialized platforms. We welcome the desire of authors to receive early feedback on their work before its publication in a peer-reviewed journal. At the same time, checking with the automated Anti-Plagiarism system can cause certain difficulties. When sending a manuscript to the editor, we recommend indicating that your work is a preprint, as well as providing a list of resources on which it is posted. The final decision on publication of the preprint is made by the editorial board.

Postprint placement
Articles in the magazine “Al- Farg'oniy avlodlari " are published under a Creative Commons license Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY) , which allows the use of materials from published articles. A mandatory condition is a link to the source, including a link to the official website of the journal (full URL of the material).
Privacy Policy
The editors of the journal guarantee the use of the author’s personal data solely for the preparation of the article and communication with the author.
By signing a license agreement, the author consents to the processing and storage of personal data by the publisher.
The publisher undertakes not to disclose to third parties or distribute the personal data of the author, with the exception of those data that are used to individualize the author when publishing an article, without the consent of the subject of personal data.
Open Access Policy
Magazine "Al- Farg'oniy avlodlari " is an open access journal, i.e. provides permanent, full-text access to copyright materials published in it. The open access policy adopted by the journal is based on the principles formulated in the Budapest Open Access Initiative ( BOAI ) , i.e. to the widest possible use of the publication: read, download, copy, distribute, print, find or attach to the full text of relevant articles, use for indexing, enter them as data into software or use for other legal purposes in the absence of financial, legal and technical barriers. Moreover, according to BOAI, the only restriction on the reproduction and distribution of publications and the only condition for copyright in this area should be the author’s right to control the integrity of his work and mandatory references to his name when using the work and citing it.

Use of borrowed materials
The editors of the magazine “Al- Farg'oniy avlodlari " requires mandatory compliance with the copyrights of your colleagues, therefore, for any material (text fragments, tables, figures, photographs, etc.) that the author borrows from other works, permission must be obtained, which the author must attach to the manuscript sent for consideration to editor. Permission can be expressed not only in writing, but by posting the appropriate consent (Creative Commons open license Attribution International 4.0 CC-BY). In this case, the materials can be used without obtaining additional permissions, but with the obligatory indication of information about the original source.
Data Disclosure Policy
The reproducibility of scientific research is integral to its integrity, credibility, and value to the scientific community. A scientific article reflects the results of many stages of work carried out, so without access to the original data, scientific claims are difficult to reproduce. Sharing research data not only strengthens scientific integrity, but allows you to develop your research internationally.
The editors recommend that authors openly deposit the original data, i.e. Provide access to complete experimental data sets so that your results can be reproduced. The data availability statement should provide details of where the data supporting the reported results can be found and include links to publicly available data archives. If you wish, you can place this information at the end of the body of your manuscript. Please note that if you do not make your data publicly available, it may be requested to be submitted to editors or reviewers.
Financial Policy
Submission, review, editing, publication of articles in the journal, as well as their placement in open access databases are free of charge.
The editors do not provide paid services for the design of articles in accordance with the established requirements.
Advertising Policy
Advertising policy adopted in the magazine “Al- Farg'oniy avlodlari ", is based on the general principles of ethics of scientific publications. The decision to publish advertisements is made by the editorial board. The advertiser, publisher and other persons cannot influence the decision of the editorial board, thereby respecting the right to editorial independence.
Published advertising materials:
- comply with the policy of the journal; - are free from potential conflicts of interest; - contain complete information about the product or service being offered, as well as about the advertiser; - are not related to the scientific content of the publication; - do not contain false information about the product or service; - clearly describe the product or service offered, the presentation form excludes misunderstanding of advertising data; - are allocated in a separate section and are clearly identified with other publications in the magazine. Inadmissible: - publication of materials to accompany advertising, including facts of hidden advertising of certain goods or services in the texts of scientific articles; - advertising in relation to specific articles.
The editorial board has the right to refuse to publish an advertisement (before publication), as well as print a refutation (after publication) in the event of detection of false data in published advertising materials, a conflict of interest of the advertiser and other participants in the publication process, or dishonest behavior of the advertiser.
