Abstract. The article presents an analysis of the performance of two NoSQL database structures for storing weakly structured data streams with specified characteristics. For experimental studies, an architecture based on virtual machines was developed that simulates the operation of a data collection web service with a classic three-stage architecture. Experiments have shown that differences in the database structure can affect the reliability and efficiency of the entire information system. The methodology recommended in the experiments can be applied to other software components and database management systems.
