Software for diagnostic analysis of ensuring competitive advantage in regional higher education institutions

The relevance of the article is explained by the increased competition in the global market of educational services. In order to maintain a highly competitive position in the modern conditions of digitalization and market globalization, regional higher educational institutions are forced to constantly improve their educational, scientific and innovative activities. Educational policy at the state level should be aimed at creating competitive advantages of regional higher educational institutions. The article emphasizes the need to develop effective strategies for increasing the competitiveness of regional higher educational institutions and software for diagnostic analysis of ensuring competitive advantages of regional higher educational institutions.
