Abstract

The article explores the application of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies in healthcare to automate routine and repetitive tasks. The key benefits of RPA are presented, including reducing administrative workload, minimizing errors, saving resources, and improving integration between various systems. Special attention is given to examples of use: automation of patient data processing, insurance operations, and schedule management for healthcare professionals. The implementation of RPA enables medical institutions to enhance productivity, improve patient service quality, and reduce costs. The article emphasizes the importance of integrating RPA as one of the key tools in the digital transformation of healthcare.
