Antenna reconfiguration technology using p-i-n diodes is an effective method for changing the dynamic characteristics of antennas in radio electronic and microwave systems. By controlling the electrical phase and capacitive-inductive characteristics of P-i-n diodes, it provides flexibility of electromagnetic waves falling on or spreading to the antenna. This method allows dynamic control of wideband antennas, as well as harmonic filtering and phased array creation. The technology of using p-i-n diodes plays an important role in the optimization of high-speed sending and receiving systems.
