This article is the development of algorithms for determining the structure and fractal dimensions of blood vessels and the respiratory system of the retina, as well as a computer intelligent information system. Methods have also been used to determine the fractal dimensions of human organs using prisms, overlays and cubes. The problems of identifying objects with a fractal structure and their geometric modeling, determining fractal dimensions and developing algorithms based on them are widely covered. It was proposed to use a numerical algorithm to determine the fractal dimension of images with fractal structures, and based on the fractal dimensions, the fractal dimensions of human organs were determined. It was studied whether these connections have a certain pattern
