Abstract. This article discusses the importance of teaching using mobile technologies in higher education institutions, how multimedia-enriched mobile technologies increase educational efficiency, and the rating of programming languages that create mobile applications. Statistics of the increase in educational efficiency when higher educational institutions are taught using mobile technologies are also presented.
