Abstract

This article proposes an approach to modeling the interconnection between artificial intelligence-based STT (Speech-to-Text), TTS (Text-to-Speech), and neural machine translation (NMT) systems using the IDEF1X data model, aimed at facilitating effective communication with deaf-mute individuals. The proposed model enables the formal representation of database structures and clarification of intersystem information flows. This approach is designed to integrate the processes of data transmission and processing between components based on various neural networks into a unified system
