PROSPECTIVE DIRECTIONS OF DEVELOPMENT OF BIOMETRIC TECHNOLOGIES

The article discusses the latest achievements and prospects in the field of biometric technologies, which are rapidly developing due to their growing scope and unique characteristics. Attention is focused on new biometric technologies, such as gait identification, facial thermogram, keyboard stroke dynamics, ear shape and smell. Each of these technologies has unique advantages and limitations, which are analyzed in detail. In addition, the work examines the development of identification methods and algorithms, especially in the context of the use of deep learning and new neural network architectures, such as Kolmogorov-Arnold Networks.
