Abstract

Abstract: This article discusses the development of a matrix infrared photodetector for measuring leukemia. The use of infrared radiation allows obtaining non-invasive data on the disease, which facilitates the process of diagnosis and monitoring. The methods, basic principles of the receiver operation, its design features and advantages over alternative methods are described. The possibilities of further optimizing the operation of the photodetector and the prospects for its use in medical practice are also discussed.
