The article considers the issues of increasing production efficiency by improving the working bodies of robot manipulators used in industrial enterprises. The study analyzes the interaction of mechanical, electrical and control systems of robot manipulators with a focus on the role of mechanical, electrical and control systems in technological processes. It shows how the proposed design changes, the use of new materials and the introduction of improved control algorithms to improve the accuracy, speed and load capacity of production lines affect their efficiency. The practical results of improved manipulator models based on experimental tests are also presented
