The work is devoted to the analysis of unstructured text data, the development of models and algorithms for data mining for classification. The models and algorithms developed as a result of the study are presented as a means of organizing a classification mechanism for analyzing text in natural language as part of intelligent data analysis systems. Using the developed methods and models, the problems of classifying correspondence in social networks, determining its emotional significance and assessing it were solved.
